What is ILE?

ILE is the first bi-coastal Lash Artist based conference that had its’ inaugural event in Glendale Arizona in March 2024.  After a successful event the team is flying to the East Coast to host their second event of 2024 in Miami FL. This two day event will feature unlimited opportunities in education, shopping and collaboration.  This is not your average Lash Event.  We are looking to bring in professionals in other areas of the business world to help you build your business and take it to the next level.

Our team has been on both sides of the conference table, both as attendees and exhibitors for the last 15 years. Not only are we conference hosts, but we are small business owners in many different retail fields. We have collected data and compared notes and are confident we can bring you an amazing event and experience!

OUR ALL INCLUSIVE EVENT WILL CONSIST OF: shopping, learning, and collaborating with the industry’s finest - our attendees will come out of our event feeling empowered and motivated.

Our same price ticketing approach ensures that all attendees get to enjoy a VIP experience. This approach also has the added benefit of creating a more inclusive and diverse audience.
