ILE is the first bi-coastal Lash Artist based conference that had its’ inaugural event in Glendale Arizona in March 2024. This two day event will feature unlimited opportunities in education, shopping and collaboration. We are looking to bring in professionals in other areas of the business world to help you build your business and take it to the next level.

Our team has been on both sides of the conference table, both as attendees and exhibitors for the last 15 years. Not only are we conference hosts, but we are small business owners in many different retail fields. We have collected data and compared notes and are confident we can bring you an amazing event and experience!

Carlos and Crystal Perez are the owners and operators of several small businesses in beauty, retail, and apparel. They are jumping into their next venture as founders of the International Lash Expo.
With 20+ years combined in business, education and retail experience they have built an impressive portfolio through work experience and entrepreneurship. One of the team's strongest assets is their collaborative spirit. They frequently work with other brands and professionals in the industry to uplift the community and provide opportunity.
Crystal Perez
Co-Owner and Operator of Butterfly Kiss and Co-Founder of ILE, Crystal packs an impressive resume. With a M. Ed. and plenty of experience in education, retail customer service, and now in the beauty industry, Crystal strives to maintain a collaborative spirit and give back to those in the community. A mother of 3 and a wife, she is always busy both inside and outside her storefront. Crystal has grown and scaled multiple businesses, and is just scratching the surface of what's to come.
